 Design Plans

A Design plan is perfect for a whole room makeover and new builds. You will receive help with wall color and finishes, materials and furniture recommendations, complete  with a full furniture layout.  We offer both in person and virtual design sessions. Our in person consultations are available to clients local to the South Jersey and Philadelphia area. This will include an in person meeting that will allow me to see the space and take measurements if necessary. The virtual meetings will be conducted through your choice of online meetings and or telephone.

 How It Works

-Consultation - Our consultation will be a meeting to discuss your project. You will answer a brief questionnaire. You will also have the opportunity to share any inspiration images you may have, in order to get a better sense of your design style. We ask that you share any additional items that you may have such as floor plans or room measurements.

-Design Plan – Once you decide to continue, you will receive a floor plan and 3 design board choices that include furniture, wall colors, products and materials.  We will work through those choices to finalize your plan.

-Rendering and Final Materials List – Once items and colors are chosen you will receive a final list of items and purchasing information. In order for our clients to envision the project, we also include a 3D rendering of your space. This is useful and avoids any costly mistakes before beginning the project.

 

Color Consultations

Are you starting from scratch and need assistance with paint color choices or looking to change up your existing space? Choosing the wrong paint color can be a costly and time-consuming mistake. Color consultations are the perfect choice for assistance with the overwhelming task of wall color updates that compliment your space. 

 

Home Staging

We choose to take a more realistic approach to home staging. Yes, you are trying to sell your home but you need to live there during the process as well. After we visit your home you will be given a list of ideas to make your house more welcoming and stand out amongst the competition. It is amazing what a few simple changes to your space can do to add to the value of your home.

 

 Design isn't always about making something completely new and on trend. It's about decorating a space using what you love and colors that inspire you.
